There's a minimal chat after matching, but only for date logistics, like if someone is running late. It's not for getting to know each other. That happens in person.
For women, completely free. For men, you only pay when a date is confirmed: 20,000 COP, which includes the venue reservation and your first drink. No monthly subscription.
Every user must complete a video verification before they can use the app. No verification, no profile. Period.
Their profile gets frozen for 7 days and they lose their "Verified In Person" badge. CITA is for people who follow through.
